YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES MUST BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, COLLECTIVE ACTIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.
